When veterans are transitioning from military life to student life. They face many obstacles. Although the GI bill covers things such as tuition, housing, and textbooks. Many find themselves struggling to get needed supplies, including college essentials and food. IWF is honored to “fill in the gaps” for our nation's finest. three Tennessee colleges for their Veterans resource center. What the Post-9/11 GI Bill does not prepare veterans for is the emotional and psychological stress linked to transitioning. IWF aims to make life a little easier.
